We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, and what's more so do the crafts people who have made them. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. We try to ensure that the products are the same as our original samples, although sometimes differences do occur. Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just email us at: email@example.com we will send you back a returns form to send the item back with, in its original packaging within 7 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money within 7 days or send you a replacement. Please note we are only able to accept items returned that have not been worn, altered or used. In the interest of hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable) if they are in stock, if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.
